Description: A dramatic, brand new $400 million, 890,000 square foot, mixed use complex built in downtown White Plains houses the spectacular Ritz-Carlton Westchester Hotel and Residences. The properties are composed of 123 hotel rooms, 213 residences and 23 condominium-hotel units. In addition, the hotel features a 10,000 square foot luxury spa and fitness center, state-of-the-art meeting facilities, special event space, and two restaurants- one of which boasts incredible 360 degree views of Westchester County from the 42nd floor.

Mercedes House

The Mercedes house is a 31 story, 1.3 million square foot, mixed use development in Hell’s Kitchen. There are 865 rental and condo units with a 35,000 square foot health club, indoor and outdoor pools. Included is a 330,000 square foot Mercedes Benz showroom and maintenance facility.

Gateway Center at Bronx Terminal Market

Gateway Center at Bronx Terminal Market encompasses one million square feet of retail space built on a 16.7-acre site. At the core of the development are two steel structured retail blocks flanking a shared 2,300 car pre-cast parking garage. Work entailed contaminated soils remediation, pile driving and a 1/4 mile of new street, sewer and utility work beneath the Major Deegan Expressway. The facade consist of a combination of EIFS, masonry, precast concrete and curtain wall.

Atlantic Terminal Complex

The Atlantic Terminal Complex is a retail and office complex that sits on top of the Atlantic Terminal LIRR terminal and subway station. This project began as a 471,000 square foot retail center, then had a 355,000 square foot, 10 story office building added as an overbuild.

Queens Place

Owner/Client: Forest City Ratner

This project was a 440,000 square foot retail complex. Work done included the addition of a 2 floor over-build with added parking as well as new vertical transportation. The existing basement and foundation were excavated and altered to provide additional height to allow for retail use.

Harlem Center

This project started as a 154,000 square foot, multi-story retail retail complex. An 125,000 square foot office tower was added as an overbuild. This office tower was added after the retail complex was occupied and opened for business.
