rcRussell delivered Construction Management services on a custom modern lakefront residence in Westchester County, designed by GLUCK+. The program included primary and secondary bedroom wings, a great room and eat-in kitchen organized around lake-facing glazing, an outdoor pool and spa, a sauna, a wine room, and substantial outdoor terraces stepped into the sloped lakefront site.
The build required the discipline a high-end private residence demands. Custom terrazzo was specified as a primary floor material throughout, requiring sequenced production and field coordination with every adjacent trade. Pivot doors, screen-pocket details, integrated millwork, and large-format glazing systems were detailed and installed to the architect’s tolerance. The pool, spa, and outdoor program were coordinated with site work, waterproofing, and stormwater management on a sloped lakefront lot.
