Project Overview

New construction on the East Village

Eve East Village is a new construction comprising one 7-story and one 8-story rental apartment building linked by a common interior courtyard, with ground-floor retail and luxury amenity spaces. The 114-unit development sits at the corner of East 14th Street and Avenue C, with a brick facade and window wall reading as a contemporary continuation of the surrounding East Village fabric.

The structure is reinforced concrete throughout, topped by a main rooftop amenity that serves both buildings. The two-building configuration around a shared courtyard allowed unit counts and amenity programming to be optimized while preserving light and air access for residents — a design and construction sequencing challenge that rewards careful logistics planning from preconstruction through occupancy.
