• Coordinate contract document production and issuance
• Establish filing requirements and sequence of filings w/local building departments
• Coordinate purchasing, delivery and installation of FF&E package
• Establish contracting matrix – identify potential candidates and establish prequalification requirements
• Define the bid process – create bid schedule, conduct pre-bid seminars & provide bid administration throughout the process
• Contract recommendation and negotiation process – organize and prepare bid analysis, organize pre-award seminars, forward recommendation ocuments
and finalize negotiations with lowest responsible bidders
• Establish FF&E requirements with design professionals and end user groups

Construction Services

• Provide construction administration by monitoring compliance with all regulatory bodies, contract documents and established milestones
• Provide site oversight on behalf of client, inclusive of meetings, maintaining procedures and progress reports
• Monitor budget and schedule development and progress
• Develop and implement procedures for requisition process, review and approval
• Monitor, review and negotiate change order process on behalf of client
